686,000 SF industrial park planned in Buford

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and a Japanese consortium led by CBRE Japan, have broken ground on Buford Creek Business Center, a three-building, 686,400-square-foot industrial park in Buford.

Located at the northeast corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, three miles from I-985, Buford Creek Business Center will feature three industrial buildings available for sale or lease.

“Buford—and the broader Northeast Atlanta submarket—continues to stand out as a premier destination for industrial development. With its proximity to major transportation corridors like I-85 and I-985, access to a skilled labor force, and a thriving business-friendly environment, this region offers the logistical advantages and infrastructure that modern industrial users demand,” said Tyler Cooksey, a vice president with TCC in Atlanta. “We look forward to delivering a project that supports economic growth and meets the evolving needs of our tenants.”

The project is scheduled for delivery by the third quarter of 2026.
