The longest running Oktoberfest in the country is underway in Helen and to celebrate the 55th edition of the Fall classic, an extra week has been added this year.
The festival kicked off Thursday and will continue through November 2.
Sept 4 – 7 (Thursday – Sunday)
Sept 11 – 14 (Thursday – Sunday)
Sept 18 – 21 (Thursday – Sunday)
Sept 25 – Nov 2 (nightly)
This year’s parade will be held beginning at noon Saturday.
