An Atlanta-based developer is planning a 516-unit housing development in the 6000 block of Spout Springs Road which would contain 164 townhomes and 352 apartments. That’s according to a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) statement on file with the state.
Crescent Communities hopes to have the development finished by the first quarter of 2028 and has filed for rezoning and annexation by the Flowery Branch City Council.
