More than 500 new housing units are on the agenda for the July 11 meeting of the Hall County Commission (HCC) meeting.
They range in size from one unit to nearly 350 lots.
The largest is for a 349-unit development on 131 acres on Cagle Mill Road at Noah Martin Drive. There is also an eleven-acre Industrial Development component included in the application. But the specifics of it, if there are any, are not spelled out on the commission agenda.
A 148-lot townhouse development is proposed for 34 acres at Pine Valley Road and White Sulphur Road. The application also includes a self-storage warehouse on ten acres at that location.
The other residential projects range in size from two to 20 units.
