A 32-year-old Gainesville woman remains in the Hall County Jail on a single felony charge of aggravated child molestation.
Jessica Faye Adcock was arrested Friday, the sheriff’s office said Tuesday.
According to the arrest warrant, the incident occurred between April 17 and May 20 last year at the suspect’s residence.
The victim, a girl under the age of 16, disclosed the incident to a school counselor earlier this month. Adcock and the victim are known to one another.
Adcock is being held without bond.
