3 arrested in stolen camper case

Three people who were arrested Wednesday afternoon during the course of an investigation into a stolen camper remained in the Hall County Jail Friday afternoon.

HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:

“Deputies responded to a residence on Sullens Road after the owner of the camper reported he believed the camper was at that location.

When deputies arrived at the scene, the suspects ran on foot into the woods.

A K9 team was called to assist with the suspect search. Two of the suspects, identified as 18-year-old James Hugh Hutchenson IV and 30-year-old Alisa Marie Fauble, both of Gainesville, were apprehended just after 4 p.m. Both were charged with misdemeanor obstruction for running from deputies.

Just after 4:45 p.m., deputies saw the third suspect, 37-year-old Jeremy Alan Martyne of Gainesville, and he agreed to turn himself in. Martyne had outstanding warrants so he was arrested for felony probation violation.

The stolen camper was not located.”

Fauble and Hutchenson are being held in lieu of $2,950 bonds each. Martyneno is being held without bond.
