One week after the first, a second arrest has been made in connection with an attempted robbery on Myrtle Street Aug. 24 in which shots were reportedly fired, Gainesville Police said Friday.
Malachi Delmarioi McAllister, 18, is charged with:
1) AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – OTHER WEAPON (FELONY)
2) AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – OTHER WEAPON (FELONY)
3) POSS FIREARM/KNIFE THE COMMISSION OF CRI (FELONY)
4) RECKLESS CONDUCT (MISDEMEANOR)
5) CRIMINAL ATTEMPT (FELONY)
He was booked into the Hall County Jail Thursday afternoon and was being held without bond as late as Friday afternoon
