A 24-year-old man was being held in the Hall County Jail Saturday morning on bonds totaling $239,000 following his arrest Friday on a slew of fraud and theft charges – 24 in all.
Rico Demond Thomas is charged with ten counts of theft by deception and 14 counts of fraud.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) records show he was arrested about 10:00 Friday morning on Georgia 211 at the Barrow County line.
Other information on the case is not likely to be available until local law enforcement offices reopen Monday following the weekend.
