Clipper Petroleum is planning a convenience store/truck stop near Lula that would consist of 24 fueling pumps and 21 truck parking spaces.
According to documents on file with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) it would be located at Georgia 365 and Lula Road. Also included are plans for a 9,000-square-foot convenience store, a restaurant, and fire truck pumps.
The developer is seeking to have the property rezoned in order to proceed with plans for the complex.
The DCA document says Phase One is planned for completion by the end of the year and a total build-out by the end of 2029. DRI Initial Information Form
