“Hall County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about damage and the theft of items, including HVAC condensers, from a residence in northwest Hall County on Wednesday morning…
Deputies responded to the house in the 6000 block of Honeysuckle Lane and met with a representative of the property owner who purchased the home earlier this year.
While cleaning out the house, the complainant discovered damage and missing items, including cut plumbing lines and electrical wiring, as well as two stolen HVAC condensers, a dishwasher and a water heater. The total estimated repair/replacement cost is approximately $20,000.
Deputies completed a report documenting the damage and theft. The case remains under investigation.”
