You can now request absentee ballot for Nov. elections

(FROM GA. NEWS NETWORK) – Georgia voters are now allowed to request an absentee ballot ahead of the presidential election.

The time to seek a vote-by-mail ballot began Monday, but they can’t be mailed out until October 7.

Voters do not have to give a reason for requesting an absentee ballot. Most people in Georgia cast ballots during the in-person early voting process in the 2022 midterms.
