Woman, two juveniles charged with burglary

Property crimes investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) have arrested three suspects, including two juveniles, in connection to a burglary last month at Jay’s Food Mart on Thompson Bridge Road.

The investigation determined the two female juveniles, both 16-years-old, tossed a rock at the front door of the business around 2:30 a.m. Feb. 23, breaking the glass and making entry. While inside, they stole approximately 10 vape cartridges. Investigators determined Jacqueline Alyssa McPherson, 25, of Braselton, transported the juveniles to the location.

Ms. McPherson was arrested Tuesday and charged with burglary in the second degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She remains in the Hall County Jail with a bond of $7,000. The juveniles were arrested last week and have been charged with smash-and-grab burglary. They were taken to the Regional Youth Detention Center (RYDC) in Gainesville.
