A 21-year-old woman was injured Sunday night in an ATV accident in West Hall.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) says it happened shortly after 6:00 in the 3200 block of Lighthouse Lane.
The woman was a passenger in an ATV driven by a 22-year-old man and was injured when the vehicle crashed into a fallen tree on private property on Lighthouse Lane, according to the sheriff’s office. The initial investigation indicates the ATV was traveling down a hill when it began to slide and struck the tree.
The woman was trapped between the safety rail of the vehicle and the tree. After she was freed from the wreckage, she was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
