A Georgia Lottery player in Oakwood won $50,000 in Saturday’s Powerball drawing by matching four of the five white‑ball numbers and the Powerball. The ticket was purchased at Green Oakwood Mart, 4347 Mundy Mill Road in Oakwood.
Another player hit the jackpot for $125,000 in Friday’s Fantasy 5 drawing. The ticket, purchased at Discount Tobacco 2, 820 Oak Street in Eatonton, matched all five winning numbers.
An Austell resident won $15,372 and an Atlanta resident won $10,000, both playing the Money Bloom Diggi Game on Friday.
