The judge in the death penalty case against the woman charged with killing four-year-old Autumn Fox last year and leaving her body in the trunk of a car in Oakwood wants the trial to begin in October. The trial was to have begun in Hall County Superior Court this week.
Jessica Motes, 36, is charged with malice murder, felony murder, cruelty to children in the first degree, aggravated battery and concealing the death of another.
Defense attorneys say the autopsy report is critical to their case.
