In Hall County, first-time applications increased by 15 % in October compared to September and 43.1% a year ago. And, statewide, claims increased in October as well October a year ago – 3.4% and 3.6%, respectively.
In the 13-county Georgia Mountains Region, which includes Hall County, claims increased 4% over the month and 7.4% compared to October 2022.
