Two injured in White Co. plane crash

Two people were injured Friday when a small plane crashed in White County.

Authorities say the call came in about 10:45 a.m. The plane went down in a field on Black Road near Hampton Hills Lane. It was a Boeing PT-17 that had left Mountain Airpark in Cleveland.

The injured were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville, according to White County Public Safety officials.
