*Governor Brian Kemp has appointed seven temporary members to the Dublin City Board of Education, replacing board members suspended last month. The move follows a state investigation into financial problems that left the district facing a multi-million-dollar budget crisis. 41NBC reports the suspended members can still seek reinstatement, but for now the focus is on restoring stability for students, teachers, and taxpayers.
*The Atlanta area now leads the country in data center construction. A report from the real estate services firm CBRE shows nearly 2.9 gigawatts of space under construction as of the end of June. That now outpaces northern Virginia. The Atlanta market is now only behind the D.C. region for the most existing inventory in the U.S.

The portal allows users to search for programs based on location, services offered, and more. One of the features of the portal is an artificial intelligence chatbot to assist families in navigating resources.
*People in one Americus neighborhood say they’re being terrorized by stray hostile dogs. They say the dogs have aggressively barked at them and even stopped them from going outside. A city councilman says the area has seen at least five dog incidents in two weeks.
