“Verizon has made Hall Area Transit aware of a network issue that may impact passengers’ ability to book a ride through the 𝘞𝘦𝘎𝘰 𝘗𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘝𝘪𝘢 app. WeGo drivers’ tablets are powered by Verizon, so they may experience difficulty receiving ride requests.
The City of Gainesville, Georgia apologizes for the inconvenience. At this time, we have not been provided with an estimated restoration time, but will update users when additional information becomes available.”
