The trial for accused Apalachee High School gunman Colt Gray is scheduled to begin Oct. 12, according to an order recently signed by Barrow County Superior Court Judge Nicholas Primm.
Judge Primm had already approved a change of venue because of pre-trial publicity about the case in which two teachers and two students were shot and killed and several other students wounded in September 2024.
The judge still has not announced where the trial will be held.
Gray’s father has already been convicted of giving his son the gun that was used in the shooting.
