The man accused of assaulting a woman in the parking lot at Gainesville’s Regal Cinemas in a domestic incident last summer has now been indicted on child molestation charges by the Hall County Grand Jury.
The latest allegations “were initially reported by the child at a Hall County elementary school, but once our (investigators) determined the reported crimes happened at a location in the city of Gainesville, (Gainesville Police) took over the case,” Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman B.J. Williams said Friday.
Mark Aaron Curry, 32, has been in jail since August 29.
