Following several such cases last weekend – Memorial Day Weekend – more Boating Under the Influence (BUI) arrests were made on Lake Lanier Saturday. And there’s another report of another case of Street Racing.
The BUI arrests were made within an hour of each other late Saturday night, according to Sunday morning’s Hall County Jail report. In each case, a 37-year-old man and a 69-year-old man, were also charged with Operating a Vessel Without Lights During Hours of Darkness.
The Street Racing arrest was made early Sunday morning at Browns Bridge Road and Skelton Road. A 19-year-old man is also charged with Speeding, Reckless Driving and a driver’s license violation.
