*The Georgia ACLU says it plans to file suit if Gov. Brian Kemp signs a bill requiring cash bail for criminal offenses, saying the bill is unconstitutional. Senate Bill 63 has already passed the House. Supporters say the bill targets repeat offenders. 

*As the federal government works to recruit replacements for the older generation of farmers, there’s potentially bad news looming for those in the agricultural sector. A new reports forecasts net cash farm income for all Georgia farmers will drop by over 24% from last year.
