“Police responded to the 600 block of Central Avenue for a shooting around 9PM(Tuesday ).
It was reported that a number of juveniles engaged in a fight, at which point weapons were pulled. Two juveniles were wounded in the legs by gunfire. Both were transported to the hospital in stable condition.
People often times ask “how do juveniles get guns?” Sadly, many times, the answer is within your car. We encourage the public to never leave firearms in your vehicle. Firearms stored in vehicles are often times stolen during car break-ins.
