*A 17-year-old was booked into the Hall County Jail Saturday morning about 4:30 charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Reckless Driving, and Speeding.
*Drug trafficking and distribution charges have been filed against a 49-year-old man who was jailed Thursday night about 8:30 but whose arrest only showed up on jail records Saturday morning. He’s charged with Trafficking in Cocaine/Illegal Drugs/Marijuana/Meth and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute.
*The Gainesville Police Department is investigating the reported illegal use of a credit card. The report was filed by a local business. The amount of the loss was put at $4,153.
These are in addition to “routine” bookings and incidents for various minor incidents and traffic violations. Details on them are not likely until law enforcement administrative offices open Monday following the weekend.
