The Hall County planning staff is recommending denial of a South Hall rezoning that would clear the way for a hotel, other commercial components, and 561 housing units near the Gwinnett County line.
The proposed development includes four restaurants, the hotel with 110 rooms, 275-unit
apartment complex, 212 townhomes, and 74 single-family detached residences, along with various
amenity features.
The 74-acre site is located in the 4400 block of Ridge Road near Friendship Road.
The Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) is scheduled to consider the application July 15.
