Qualifying begins at 9:00 Monday for the May 21 Democratic, Non-partisan, and Republican primaries in Georgia and will continue through noon Friday.
There are at least 14 Hall County offices that will be up for grabs this year as well as every House and Senate post in the state legislature and the 9th District congressional seat.
Most incumbents intend to run for another term but some have said they will not. Some are stepping down so they can run for a different office.
