HALL CO FIRE RESCUE NEWS RELEASE:
“Hall County Fire Rescue crews responded to the Pet Smart on Spout Springs Rd in Flowery Branch (Saturday morning) to find a slight haze inside with the smell of smoke, but no active fire involvement.
After investigating throughout the nearly 39,000-square-structure and inspecting the roof, it was determined to be mechanical and isolated to the office area where fire personnel secured the power to a water heater.
With no fire and smoke at a minimum, there was no need to evacuate the animals in (the store).”
