GEORGIA STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“On 12/2/23, The Georgia State Patrol was requested investigate a pedestrian fatality on Dicks Hill Pkwy in Habersham County.
The investigation showed a 21 year old female was walking on Dicks Hill Pkwy near Bridgewater Drive and was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene. As a result of being struck, the female was deceased on scene.
The Georgia State Patrols Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team (SCRT) responded and is assisting with the investigation. No witnesses could provide a vehicle description.”
