An Ohio woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident on I-985 southbound near Exit 8 Tuesday night.
The state patrol says the wreck occurred about 10:00 when Tadazia Wright lost control of her SUV and struck a guardrail and then came to rest in the middle of the roadway.
Wright was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville. The extent of her injuries was not disclosed by the state patrol.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) which assisted in traffic control said both southbound lanes of the Interstate were closed for about an hour.
