An Oakwood woman says her brother has been raping her every few months for the past three years but she’s been afraid to say anything about it. Until now.
Oakwood Police said Tuesday they were recently called to a business on Mundy Mill Road where the victim told officers of a recent assault that occurred at the home the siblings shared.
“She said her brother, Feliciano Lux‑Baten, entered her room while she was lying on her bed, sexually assaulted her and then took her downstairs to his bedroom, where she said he raped her,” Detective Lt. Stewart Webb said Tuesday. “She told officers similar incidents had occurred every few months since 2023, but she had not reported them because she feared for her safety.”
Lt. Webb said investigators executed a search warrant at the residence, where they processed the scene and found additional evidence related to forgery and identity theft.
Feliciano Lux‑Baten was arrested and charged with rape. Another man, Miguel Lux‑Baten, was arrested on forgery charges.
