Members of the Gainesville-based Northeastern Judicial Circuit leadership team hav completed the Frontline Leadership Program.
This is a 40-hour professional development program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and provide practical tools for leading high-performing teams.
“This accomplishment reflects a commitment to investing in our people and developing leaders who can effectively serve their teams and our communities,” said Jason Stephenson, court administrator for the circuit.
“The knowledge and skills gained through this program will help our leaders build stronger relationships, foster employee engagement, navigate challenges effectively, and continue driving organizational success.”
