No one was injured in a rush hour accident on a busy road south of Gainesville Tuesday morning, according to the state patrol.
STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“On March 26, at 7:58 AM, troopers responded to Georgia 60 (Candler Road) near Roy Parks Road in reference to a two-vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that vehicles 1 and 2 were traveling south on Georgia 60. Vehicle 1 was following too closely and struck vehicle 2 in the rear as vehicle 2 stopped in the turn lane to turn left onto Roy Parks Road.
The driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too closely. No injuries were reported.”
