Sunday’s fire at Northeast Georgia Health System’s Corporate Plaza in Oakwood has resulted in the indefinite closing of the facility.

EARLIER STORY. POSTED SUNDAY NIGHT: Around 4:11 pm Hall County Fire Rescue responded to 3100 Frontage Road for reports of a commercial fire. The first arriving crew was met with smoke on the interior of the structure. The source of the small flames and smoke was located quickly in a singular cubicle…
No one was injured…and the cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.
