Plans for a 55-home subdivision in North Hall are scheduled to go before the Hall County Commission (HCC) later this month.
Kent Henderson wants a 39-acre tract located at Jim Hood and Highland roads rezoned from Agricultural-One (AR-1) and Vacation Cottage (V-C) to Residential-One (R-1)/Conservation Subdivision (CS) which would clear the way for the development.
The request is on the agenda for the commission’s June 25 meeting.
