A new Home Depot is planned on a 21-acre site in Cumming near the Browns Bridge Road/Keith Bridge Road intersection.
The Forsyth Flyer reports the property was recently rezoned by the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners from agricultural to commercial. This action clears the way for the store. No timeline was given the start of construction and the opening of the store.
There is now one Home Depot in Cumming, located on Marketplace Boulevard.
