Plans are in the works for a warehouse totaling nearly a million square feet near the recently opened Gainesville Inland Port. That’s according to documents on file with the state Department of Community Affairs (DCA).
The site totals 107 acres and is at 3331 and 3323 Seymour Road and 2862 and 2894 White Sulphur Road. Danji Industrial Park (including data centers) would consist of several buildings containing “no more than” 875,000 square feet.
Also planned is an Industrial Technological Facility which would include Data Centers). The action being requested of Hall County Government includes rezoning, zoning variances, water and sewer.
