At least two more warehouse projects for South Hall are on the drawing board, according documents on file with Oakwood and Buford.
When the Oakwood City Council meets Monday night it will be asked to approve annexation and rezoning for three pieces of property in the 3600 block of Atlanta Highway (pictured) where a warehouse development is planned.
The applicants say they intend to combine the tracts into one – totaling 65 acres – and construct two warehouses on the site with a combined 518,400 square feet. One would total 113,400 square feet and the other 405,000 square feet.
Meanwhile, the Buford Planning Commission on May 14 will consider a proposal for three warehouse buildings totaling 463,000 square feet in the 5500 block of Lanier Islands Parkway near the Hall-Gwinnett County line.
