“Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested a Braselton man on Thursday morning, July 25, during a child molestation investigation that began earlier this year.
Investigators took Martin Fuentes-Garcia, 17, into custody at Hall County Sheriff’s Office headquarters. He is charged with one count of aggravated child molestation.
According to the initial investigation, Fuentes-Garcia molested the female victim, who is under the age of 16, during the early morning hours of May 7 at his residence. He knew the victim prior to the crime.
Deputies were first notified about the incident on June 26, when a family member learned about it and reported it.
Sheriff’s Office personnel booked Fuentes-Garcia into the Hall County Jail where he remained held without bond on Friday afternoon, July 26. The case remains under investigation.”
