McKibbon Development recognized by GHCC

McKibbon Development is this year’s Greater Hall Chamber Commerce (GHCC) Fall 2026 Business Beautification Award winner.

The honor recognizes the company’s 1001 Riverside project in Gainesville, described as “an all-inclusive, flexible lease work environment for local professionals and growing firms.”

Gainesville natives Brett Copeland, Project Manager, and Jeannie Copeland, Asset Manager, say they created 1001 Riverside around a simple vision: to design more than just office space, but a future-forward executive environment that commands respect, inspires growth, and reflects the ambition of the local business.

The executive suites offer modern architecture with “high-end” hospitality, including a luxury lounge and custom art gallery. 1001riverside.com

The Chamber initiated the beautification program more than 30 years ago.
