Man arrested in Gville for Roswell murder sent to prison

A Fulton County man, who was arrested three years ago following a standoff with police outside Northeast Georgia Medical Center, has been sent to prison for 25 years for killing his girlfriend.

Jason Scott Hall, 39, was sentenced recently by a Fulton County Superior Court Judge, according to the AJC.

Hall was charged with killing Kelly Vucelich in 2021 and police later learned that he was probably responsible and that a friend had driven him to the medical center.

Gainesville Police located Hall, who was armed, at the hospital and took him into custody after a brief standoff and turned him over to Roswell authorities.
