Dahlonega and Savannah are the only Georgia towns on a recently compiled list of the ten best places in the South for a Mother-Daughter Getaway Weekend. The list was compiled by Southern Living magazine.
Here’s part of what the article says about Dahlonega, which is number five on the list:
“North Georgia is a great spot for a girls’ trip with your mom, and Dahlonega is an ideal hub to explore.
