The GBI has arrested and charged Nicholas Armand, 25, Maysville, on several drug-related charges.
Included are Possession of Schedule I MDMA, Possession of Schedule I Psilocybin Mushrooms, Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, and two counts of Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
The arrest occurred Monday when Commerce Police and the GBI’s Appalachian Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO) raided a house in the 5000 block of Crossing Place in Commerce.
A GBI spokeswoman said Friday the officers seized guns and “distribution amounts of MDMA, Psilocybin Mushrooms, THC Concentrate, and marijuana,” and drug paraphernalia.
