ICU nurse creates artwork for HCFR

Members of Hall County Fire Rescue (HCFR) were presented with a piece of artwork Thursday which was created by an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Amber Rampy worked three months on it and says it represents the efforts of the department’s first responders during the pandemic.

It took her three months to put it together.

In response, HCFR posted on its Facebook page “if anyone knows about what it was like treating patients during COVID-19, it is her and her team. Her gift is priceless and means the world to our first responders. We are thankful to all be on one team, aiming to care for the people who need us!”
