Heat Advisory extended through Monday

The Heat Advisory which has been in place for the Gainesville area and all of Georgia but the northeast mountain counties has been extended through at least 8:00 Monday night. Heat index values are forecast as high as 105 Monday.

And the Gainesville area forecast calls for daily highs in the 90s for the next seven days, at least, with very little chance of any rain:
