HCSO: Personal care home attack; pig roadkill?

*A 46-year-old resident of a personal care home in Hall County was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with assaulting a 78-year-old resident. The alleged assailant was charged with Misdemeanor Battery. “The arrest warrant indicates the victim suffered two knots and bruising to the right side of her head (after being struck in the face and head),” according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). “It is unclear at this time what prompted the assault.”

*It’s not uncommon to come across police reports of cars or other vehicles hitting deer, cows, or even horses but a pig? Well, HCSO) says that exactly what happened to a motorist on Thompson Bridge Road about 9:00 Wednesday night. The motorist was not injured. No word on whether the pig became roadkill or somehow survived.
