HALL COUNTY SHEERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:
“Luis Josue Bonilla, 25, of Gainesville, was arrested Friday, January 5, 2024, by Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) drug agents.
HCSO investigators were able to determine Mr. Bonilla had been selling illegal narcotics via his Snapchat account. As a result of that determination, agents conducted a search of his residence on Dixie Drive and found 164 grams of marijuana and a 1,000 milligrams of THC oil. The approximate value of the illegal drugs was $3,330. In addition to the drugs, agents seized three firearms and just over $5,000 in cash.
Mr. Bonilla was charged with the following felony offenses:
· Possession of marijuana
· Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
· Possession of THC oil with intent to distribute
· Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime
Mr. Bonilla was granted a bond of $10,000 and was released from the Hall County Jail on Saturday, January 6, 2024.”
