Two men, searching for a stolen vehicle that belonged to one of them, reportedly found themselves at the point of a gun once they found the suspected thieves.
“The vehicle owner tried to find the vehicle on his own by using a vehicle locator app,” the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) reported. “He and a friend located the vehicle and four suspects in the area of Dixieland Farm Road.”
However, as they approached the quartet, a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office says, the suspects fled in another car, “but one brandished a handgun at them. At that point, the vehicle owner called 911.”
Investigators are processing the stolen vehicle and getting an inventory of items stolen from inside.
