“A Gainesville man was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 19, by Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators in a child molestation case that occurred earlier this month. Jason Carter Berry, 18, is accused of the sexual assault of a female victim under the age of 12.The crimes reportedly occurred on Sept. 3 at a location on Nopone Road in northern Hall County. A family member of the victim reported the incident to law enforcement. Berry has been charged with sexual battery on a child under the age of 16 (three counts) and child molestation, all felony charges.”
