Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators say additional charges are pending against three suspects arrested during a drug raid Tuesday at a house near Oakwood.
HCSO NEWS RELEASE:
“Acting on information about illegal drug activity, HCSO Special Investigations Unit (SIU) investigators obtained a search warrant and executed it Tuesday afternoon. During the search of the house in the 3100 block of Ivey Hill Circle, they found and seized the following drugs (approximate amounts) from a bedroom:
• Cocaine – 19 grams
• THC wax – 1 pound, 3 ounces
• THC vape cartridges – 1,300
• Marijuana – 5.5 pounds
Investigators also seized roughly $5,800 cash. The combined street value of the drugs is estimated at $37,000.
Investigators arrested the three suspects during the search and charged each of them with one count of possession of THC oil with intent to distribute, a felony. They are identified as Brandon Maximiliano Fuentes, 18; Brianna Xithlaly Fuentes, 20; and Yuritzy Alexandra Lopez, 20. All three live at the residence.
Investigators transported them to the Hall County Jail, where they each remain held without bond. More charges are forthcoming in the ongoing investigation.”
